Have Any Questions on your minds!
We know choosing the right software can raise a lot of questions. That’s why we’ve put together answers to the most common ones
General Questions
1. What makes JEXURY different from other private jet providers?
JEXURY operates at the intersection of legacy aviation rigor and modern luxury intelligence. Unlike brokers or aggregators, we manage every flight through our own global operations team, ensuring end-to-end control over safety, service, and seamlessness. We don’t just arrange flights—we orchestrate experiences.
2. Do you operate your own aircraft?
We maintain a hybrid model: a core fleet under direct JEXURY management, supplemented by a rigorously vetted partner network of Wyvern- and ARGUS-rated operators. Every aircraft—whether owned or sourced—must meet our proprietary 127-point Excellence Standard before client deployment.
3. Can JEXURY fly to remote or restricted destinations?
Yes. Our global licensing and diplomatic coordination capabilities allow access to private airstrips, island enclaves, and politically sensitive regions—from the Seychelles to Siberia—that commercial or less-connected operators cannot serve.
4. How far in advance should I book a flight?
While we can mobilize a jet in under 90 minutes, we recommend 48–72 hours for optimal aircraft selection and cabin customization. For peak-season or high-demand routes (e.g., Cannes Film Festival, Super Bowl, Davos), early planning ensures priority access.
5. Are pets allowed onboard JEXURY flights?
Absolutely. We welcome companions with the same care as our human guests—complete with climate-controlled cabin zones, custom bedding, and seamless customs clearance for international pet travel.
Privacy & Support
1. How does JEXURY protect my personal and flight data?
All client data is governed by GDPR, CCPA, and internal JEXURY Confidentiality Protocols. Flight plans, passenger manifests, and communications are encrypted end-to-end and accessible only to your dedicated account team. We never share, sell, or log behavioral data.
2. Is there a dedicated point of contact for my account?
Yes. Every client is assigned a Private Aviation Advisor—your single point of contact for bookings, itinerary changes, concierge requests, and post-flight feedback. For Sovereign-tier clients, a 24/7 Response Director is also available.
3. What happens if my plans change last minute?
Flexibility is built into our service. Cancellations or modifications up to 4 hours before departure incur no penalty for most charter tiers. Our team proactively monitors weather, airspace, and geopolitical conditions to suggest alternatives before disruption occurs.
4. Do you offer medical or security support during flights?
Upon request, we can arrange:
- Onboard medical personnel (ICU-trained or concierge physicians)
- Secure communications suites
- Discreet executive protection coordination
- Emergency diversion protocols with pre-vetted medical facilities
5. How do you ensure crew discretion?
All JEXURY-affiliated crew undergo mandatory confidentiality training and sign binding non-disclosure agreements. Many have served royal families, heads of state, or Fortune 100 executives—discretion is not policy; it’s instinct.
Pricing Package
1. Do you offer jet cards or membership programs?
Yes. JEXURY Reserve is an invitation-only jet card offering fixed hourly rates, guaranteed availability, and waived positioning fees. Minimum commitment starts at 25 hours annually, with bespoke tiers for ultra-high-frequency travelers.
2. Are landing, fuel, and catering included in your quotes?
Yes. All standard JEXURY quotes are all-inclusive: fuel, landing/handling fees, crew expenses, standard gourmet catering, and applicable taxes. Premium add-ons (e.g., vintage champagne, luxury ground transport) are optional and clearly itemized.
3. Can I lock in pricing for frequent routes?
Absolutely. Through our Tailored Rate Agreement, we offer fixed hourly pricing for recurring itineraries (e.g., weekly London–Dubai), along with priority aircraft allocation and expedited booking workflows.
4. Is there a minimum flight time?
Most charters require a 2-hour minimum—an industry standard that accounts for crew duty cycles and operational efficiency. Exceptions may apply for short repositioning legs or light-jet hops under 300 nautical miles.
5. Do you provide itemized invoices and expense reporting?
Yes. Post-flight, you receive a detailed, audit-ready invoice with full cost breakdown—ideal for corporate accounting or family office reconciliation. We also integrate with select expense management platforms upon request.
